Planet Pharma is seeking a seasoned data governance and analytics professional to lead data quality, governance, and forecasting initiatives in our IL-based team. You will coordinate across finance, engineering, and operations to design data workflows, implement metrics, and drive reporting improvements.

The role demands deep Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, strong communication, and a track record of managing multiple complex projects in a large organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to partner across functions and levels.
• Highly motivated self-starter who translates directions into analytical output.
• Open to new ideas and uses value-added principles.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes.

• 2–3 years of forecasting or budgeting in a large company.
• Knowledge of Planning/Visualization tools and Data Queries (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Power Query, Anaplan/SAC/TM1/BPC).
• Desiree experience managing Data Bases (SQL) and FP&A system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to support Data Governance and maintenance of CDL-F.
• Update and modify User Security and Access; update reference tables.
• Help implement data metrics to ensure data quality across sources.
• Gather requirements and update project plans for CDL-F deliverables and enhancements.
• Manage inbound/outbound data connections for CDLF: design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care support.
• Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed.
• Support data quality checks; document data structures and user guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
• Update status reports weekly and monthly.

Job Description

• Support data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency; document data structures, processes, and user guidance.

• Update status reports on a weekly, monthly basis.

Qualifications

Required:

• Requires 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
