NOW HIRING: Project Manager III – CDLF Governance

K3 is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support Data Governance and Maintenance of CDLF in a highly cross-functional environment.

This role is ideal for a project management professional with strong data governance, reporting, KPI management, and analytical skills who can translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.

Contract: 1 year, based on performance and business needs

Experience: 7–10 years progressive accounting/finance experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop tools and capabilities supporting Data Governance and Maintenance of CDLF
• Update and modify user security and access as needed
• Update and maintain reference tables
• Help implement data metrics to ensure the quality of source and output data
• Gather requirements and maintain project plans for new CDLF deliverables and enhancements
• Manage inbound and outbound data connections, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Connection design and build
• Testing cycles
• Deployment
• Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement and measure progress
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Support data quality checks for accuracy and consistency
• Document data structures, processes, and user guidance
• Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly status reports

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, or Physics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and organizational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and divisions
• 2–3 years of forecasting or budgeting experience in a large organization
• Knowledge of planning, visualization, and data-query tools
