Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Lake Forest, IL. The role requires hybrid work with some onsite days, and a focus on data governance in CDL-F, data quality, and KPI tracking.

You will manage data connections, gather requirements, and drive project plans across multiple functions. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, along with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, is expected to be leveraged for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across multiple functions as well as various levels of the organization
• Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.
• Open to new ideas and utilizes value-added principles in approach.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities, due dates, and shifting priorities, under tight timeframes
• Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data
• Experience working independently as well as team environments and integrating activities across multiple functions / divisions
• Adapt at analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.

• 2-3 years of forecasting or budgeting in a large company
