Job summary

Hunter Roberts Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager level 3 for New York operations. The role requires 3-5 years in construction with 1-2 years in healthcare construction and a Bachelor's degree, SST card, and strong coordination of safety, QA/QC, and permitting.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, managing submittals, permits, insurance logs, and closeouts, while coordinating with multiparty teams and hospital staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Understands QA/QC requirements specially for assigned trades.
• Understands purchasing process and how to prioritize.
• Review shop drawings vs contract drawings to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Review 3rd party equipment drawings to ensure they coordinate with contract drawings.
• Read and understand project schedule.
• Full understanding of PCI's up to and including impact on budget and budget report.
• Understanding of monthly financial reporting.
• Understands ICRA standards for healthcare construction.

• Attend and present scopes of work to internal and external partners.
• Draft and distribute clear meeting minutes.
• Manage permit and insurance logs and related processes.
• Review and level trade buy outs and Exhibit A scopes of work.
• Input and assist with monthly report information and updates.
• Oversee submittal schedules, ROJ dates, and RFI management.
• Oversee change order processes and closeouts for assigned trades.

• Create and complete leveling sheets for trade buy outs
