Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II for national industrial projects with 40%-50% travel. The role is permanent/full-time and onsite at client sites across the US.

You will lead schedules, budgets, bids, and subcontracting, and coordinate with owners, field teams and vendors to deliver projects from design through completion. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Construction Engineering/Management with 6+ years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 - $75 million range.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to interface with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.
• Willingness to travel 40%-50% to project sites nationally.

Pay Range

• $100,000 - $120,000/annum with flex.

• Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
