Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Manager II - National Industrial (40%-50% Travel) in Austin, TX, with travel to Atlanta, GA and Minneapolis, MN onsite.

This permanent/full-time role offers long-term potential and competitive pay. You will manage projects from $1 million to $75 million, lead schedule and budget efforts, negotiate subcontracts, and coordinate with owners, field teams, and subcontractors.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Ability to manage commercial projects from $1–$75 million.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Travel 40%–50% to project sites nationwide.

Responsabilidades

• Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts and reports.
• Lead construction progress meetings and manage budgets.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts and prepare bid documents.
• Coordinate with owners/clients, field teams and subcontractors.
• Provide project status reports and site coordination.
