Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for Industrial/Science & Technology projects in Houston, TX (Hybrid).

The role is full-time with long-term potential and carries a strong focus on leading project teams, client relations, and profitably delivering complex facilities. Requirements include 10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a related bachelor's degree, and strong scheduling, cost control, and negotiations skills.

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (industrial preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and design management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project team to meet goals, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
• Achieve high levels of quality, design, and profitability on assigned projects.
• Manage accounts receivables effectively and resolve warranty issues promptly.
• Participate or lead owner/client presentations and negotiations.
• Oversee design development, budget preparation, and project schedules.
• Supervise a team of Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, PM I & II, and Project Assistants.
• Develop procurement strategies, including bid documents and negotiating subcontracts.

Immediate need for a talented Senior Construction Project Manager - Industrial/Science & Technology. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $140000 - $180000/annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Project Team to meet goals, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing, and design management.
• Experience leading science and technology projects (e.g., labs, data centers, R&D facilities) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams successfully and profitably.
• Strong skills in making effective and convincing formal sales presentations.
• Ability to prioritize and balance big picture and immediate responsibilities.
