Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Manager II - National Industrial (40%-50% Travel) in Austin, TX, with travel to Atlanta, GA and Minneapolis, MN onsite.

This permanent/full-time role offers long-term potential and competitive pay. You will manage projects from $1 million to $75 million, lead schedule and budget efforts, negotiate subcontracts, and coordinate with owners, field teams, and subcontractors.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Project Manager II - National Industrial (40%-50% Travel). This is a Permanent/Full-time opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Austin, TX| Atlanta, GA | Minneapolis, MN (Onsite).

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000/annum with flex. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), PTOs, 401k etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports & more.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules & bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and various internal teams for support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 - $75 million range.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.
• Able to travel 40%-50% to project sites nationally (across United States).
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
• Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
