Aurora is seeking a Staff Program Manager, Operations Partnership in Coppell, TX to lead strategy and execution across complex partnerships. You will work with Operations, Biz Dev, Product, Legal and others to establish governance, programs and performance systems that drive critical business objectives.

The role demands autonomy, strong business judgment, and the ability to create structure across ambiguity, with a focus on scaling partnerships and driving executive-level decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in program management or strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs independently.
• Proven ability to define strategy, governance, and performance systems.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with commercial agreements and supplier negotiations.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
