Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Project Manager II - OPM to join the PMCM Team in Boston, MA. You will manage city, town, and higher-ed capital projects from planning through closeout, serving as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams.

You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and documentation, coordinate contracts and financials, lead meetings, and implement project controls to ensure successful delivery and compliance with safety plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in construction, including 4 years PM experience.
• Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects for cities, towns, and higher education from kickoff to closeout.
• Serve as client partner and consultant addressing technical, financial, and logistical needs.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and Work Breakdown Structures with technical teams.
