CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our PMCM Team in Bethlehem, PA or Blue Bell, PA.

You will oversee capital projects from concept to completion, serving as the owner's representative and building trusted client relations to deliver cleaner, safer, and more resilient communities. The ideal candidate has practical construction experience with strong knowledge of building systems and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or a related field or equivalent experience/licensure.
• 9+ years of industry experience, including 6+ years in project management
• Strong client relationship management and ability to interpret contract requirements
• Experience managing project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, cash management)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead initiatives
• Expert knowledge of project engineering and/or construction principles and schedules
• Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and close-out documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Deltek Vision preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for diverse facilities
• Serve as the owner's representative, collaborating with clients to meet their needs across sites
• Communicate project updates to clients and teams; participate in monthly reviews
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, cash flow, and subcontractor billings
• Oversee contracts, project plans, purchase orders, extra work authorizations, and close-out packages
• Implement project controls, quality management, and health & safety plans
• Support business development by preparing proposals and collaborating with Market Leaders on growth opportunities
