Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years of construction management experience, including 2+ years in project management. ProCore, Deltek Vision/VantagePoint knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, Engineering Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of project engineering and/or construction principles, schedules, and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, schedules, budgets, progress updates, and Quality Management Plans with CHA teams.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, subcontractor documents, invoices, and critical communications.
• Support project controls, document submittals, QA/QC, project reviews, and closeout documentation.
• Lead regular project progress meetings and provide timely updates to clients, management, and teams.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and subcontractor billings/payments.
