Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) is seeking a Project Manager 2 to guide moderately complex construction projects from planning through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and uphold JE Dunn's safety standards and client partnerships.

In this role, you will develop schedules, coordinate buyouts, review submittals, manage risks, and facilitate monthly progress meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
• Experience leading safety culture and coordinating large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and investigate incidents.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and scope development.
• Develop and manage project schedule and budgets.
• Review submittals and manage buyout and subcontractor pricing.
• Lead meetings and communicate project status and risks.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for budget, schedule, and quality.
