Job summary

JE Dunn Construction offers an on-site Project Engineer 2 role within our Advanced Facilities team. You will support construction processes, oversee QA/QC activities, assist with estimates and scheduling, and work closely with the project team to ensure safety and quality on high-profile industrial projects.

Ideal candidates have a construction management or related degree and can manage CMiC-based tasks, daily logs, and documentation while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with QA/QC planning and project safety plans.
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling and change management processes.
• On-site construction support, coordination with project team and documentation.
• Proficiency with CMiC or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture on project sites.
• Supports estimates, schedules, work plans and daily logs.
• Pre-plans crew activities and updates the project superintendent.
• Manages project administration in CMiC and other company tools.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and internal project support functions.
• Maintains project reports and documentation for progress tracking.
