Title: Project Manager II
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $27/hr - $47/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:Project Manager II
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive success metrics and key performance indicators along with cross-functional partners.
- Articulate the roadmap, goals, milestones, and requirements for different projects.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise in web technology, learning management systems, sales enablement, and business education.
- Manage an agile sprint system for quick, release-based web development.
- Familiarity with Software Engineering platforms
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- Prevent surprises in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reporting of progress, risks and blockers to senior management
Qualifications:
- 3 years Project Management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, strong communication and reporting as needed, oversight of project trackers and ensuring accuracy over sprints.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or business management or comparable field is preferred.
- Technical experience or familiarity with Agile/Scrum based project management.
