Codeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.

Who We’re Looking For:

A Project Manager to join our client’s team on a long-term contract. While this role is 100% Remote, candidates must reside in Madison, Wisconsin area or surrounding communities.

Top Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in project management, particularly in large-scale application development
• Strong understanding of standard project management methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• PMP CERTIFICATION Strongly preferred.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex application development projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Create and maintain project documentation including charters, work plans, risk registers, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with project sponsors and IT leadership to align project outcomes with business goals.
• Guide project teams toward key milestones, while promoting an inclusive and constructive team environment.
• Identify and manage project risks, changes in scope, and dependencies
  
  

Work Schedule and Expectations:

• Business hours: Monday–Friday, typically 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CST
• Occasional evening/weekend availability may be requested for major deployments
• Candidate may be asked to attend on-site meetings with notice

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $55-65/hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
