The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to help us keep multiple initiatives running smoothly across the business. This person will be responsible for managing therapy and clinical projects, brand development initiatives, and other cross-functional work that supports our mission. You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure high-impact projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 10 active projects ensuring deadlines, goals, and deliverables are met.
• Drive project execution in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
• Own timelines, workstreams, and status updates across therapy, clinical operations, branding, and internal process work.
• Jump into new or undefined projects with confidence and structure.
• Support project documentation, risk tracking, and communication.
• Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3 –4 years of experience in project management.
• 2— years minimum working remote and managing remote projects.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable pushing others to deliver while maintaining positive relationships.
• Quick and strong communicator who thrives in a similar setting.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Agile experience or Agile certification preferred.

• Experience managing branding and marketing-related projects.
