Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing.
• Minimum 5+ year's verifiable Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in HVAC and Plumbing.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently (University buildings, etc).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Lead safety programs and ensure a secure work environment.
• Coordinate planning with trades; ensure work meets codes and project specs within budget and on schedule.
• Prepare and review procurement, subcontractor submittals and cost codes; monitor invoices and payments.
• Maintain client relationships and provide timely status updates and reports.
