Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through all project lifecycle phases, delivering initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

You will coordinate with stakeholders across FedEx Express, support legacy platform modernization, international deployments, and process improvements using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods. Travel is required across US locations with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of Legacy Express systems, DSM platforms, GPDE.
Strong knowledge of enterprise Project Management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Experience with Everest processes, OCM, BRS, and FWRs.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Leads cross-functional and cross-opco teams through all project lifecycle phases.
Manage enterprise projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
Partner with stakeholders across FedEx Express for operational and technology initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
