Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Build-to-Suit and material handling projects from planning through startup. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, managing budgets up to $20 million, and ensuring timely hand-off to field operations.

You will supervise vendors, enforce standards, and communicate with inspectors and local jurisdictions. Some travel and a hybrid Pittsburgh, PA work arrangement are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage facility/material handling projects with small scope, low risk, clear SOW, and up to $20M annual budget
• Monitor progress against plan and resolve delays
• Oversee installation and operation of equipment systems
• Identify and assemble required resources
• Enforce standards, develop schedules and budgets, select materials and staff
• Vendor management including coordination of engineers, contractors and vendors
• Participate in project calls with field ops and vendors; liaise with inspectors and local authorities
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Some travel may be required
