Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business degree, supply chain management, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Five (5) years business or systems experience which includes systems program management, matching business requirements to supporting systems requirements.
• Experience with technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design and software requirements definitions.
• Analyze business operations and develop automated solutions.
• Strong human relations and communication skills, planning, and organizing abilities.
• Collaborate with system users and technical developers.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages systems development, testing, controls, programs and projects.
• Leads decision-support analysis and implement information business services.
• Develops measurements of performance and value creation.
• Leads the requirements gathering and configuration establishment for licensed, vendor-packaged business software systems, as applicable.
• Supports, maintains and/or administers implemented business system solutions, as deemed necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
