Job summary

Qualifications
- Five (5) years business or systems experience including requirements matching and systems design.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative business, supply chain management, information systems, or related discipline.
- Strong communication and collaboration with system users and developers.
- Experience with PMO/Portfolio Governance frameworks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads and manages systems development, testing, controls, programs and projects.
- Leads decision-support analysis and implement information business services.
- Develops measurements of performance and value creation.
- Leads requirements gathering and configuration for licensed, vendor-packaged business software systems.
- Supports, maintains and/or administers implemented business system solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
