Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead collaborative efforts in optimizing the facilities network, and to manage lifecycle projects for expansions, annual initiatives, technology enablement, and maintenance programs.

You will drive prioritization of network expansion, fiscal year planning, and vendor performance while ensuring regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and clear communication across all levels of the organization. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of PM or analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to identify, assign, complete, and implement components.
• Prioritize network expansion, fiscal year and technology projects to meet customer expectations.
• Drive asset optimization and ensure on-time, on-spec delivery across initiatives.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and funding.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk in all project activities.
