Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a senior project management professional to lead multiple initiatives across facilities and network expansions. You will drive lifecycle management, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, compliant delivery of projects and technology enablement.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead vendor performance, and contribute to long-range capital planning and annual budgets. This role requires travel and a proven record of managing complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus five years related project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure identification, assignment, and implementation.
• Prioritize and align network expansion, budget, and technology projects to meet expectations.
• Drive asset optimization and on-time delivery for projects and programs.
• Manage vendor performance and contractual adherence with funding and improvement.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance to mitigate risk.
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids for consistent application.
