Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the direction, execution, and financial success of assigned projects. You will mentor on‑site teams, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subs to ensure quality and timely completion.

The role requires strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and subcontractor management on complex construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent; 6 years of industry experience
• OSHA 30‑Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR training
• Proven experience with project documentation control and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Directs overall project direction, completion and financial outcomes
• Mentors on‑site staff and ensures safety policies are followed
• Reviews and approves change orders and job cost updates
• Manages subcontractor/vendor payments and reporting
• Prepares monthly progress billings and maintains project schedules
• Develops and maintains relationships with project owners and stakeholders
