Metric DCX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, overseeing teams from startup to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and owners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams from start-up through final closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, and overall performance
• Coordinate closely with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and consultants
• Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Oversee purchasing, trade buyout, scopes of work, and contract documentation
• Maintain project logs, schedules, shop drawing logs, correspondence, and other project documentation
• Lead and participate in project management, schedule, and coordination meetings
• Monitor project financials, requisitions, payments, cash flow, and cost performance
• Identify and manage project risks while proactively addressing issues
• Support quality, safety, schedule, and productivity objectives
• Manage the punch list, subcontractor closeout, warranties, as-builts, owner training, and final project documentation
