Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent; extensive related experience.
• 12 years of industry experience required; Mission Critical or Aviation project sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication, client service, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent preconstruction team to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide concept budgets and cost management oversight.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate cost budgets.
• Ensure adherence to company guiding principles and risk management policies.
• Mentor and develop team members and lead preconstruction activities.
