Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Proven experience in project document control and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent math and accounting fundamentals.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project direction, completion, and financial outcomes.
• Direct and mentor on-site staff; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare change orders and manage subcontractor/vendor payment processes.
• Maintain project schedules, billing, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality and risk management practices on site.
