Job summary

LeoForce in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Level Service Project Manager to lead HVAC service projects across commercial and industrial environments. You will oversee projects with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver safe, high-quality work on time and within budget.

You'll manage multiple projects, drive financial performance, support forecasting, and contribute to a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC service industry.
• Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet requirements.
