Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.
  • Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout processes.
  • Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain budget performance.
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
  • Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior leadership.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion, final documentation, and owner turnover.
