Job summary

Michael Page US, partnering with a well-established Southeast general contractor, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support complex hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate subs, review RFIs and submittals, monitor progress, and maintain strong client communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction experience with a focus on ground-up hospitality, plus proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction experience, preferably as Assistant Project Manager.
  • Experience with ground-up hospitality construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and project controls.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction management software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

The Successful Applicant
