Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will report to senior operations leadership and enjoy significant autonomy while collaborating with experienced project teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM/Eng and a track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred, and a strong client-relations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in sectors such as K-12, healthcare, higher education, office or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Experience using CM software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Description

The Project Manager II will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers significant autonomy while working alongside experienced project teams.



  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager II we are seeking:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.

  • Experience with one or more of the following sectors: K-12 education, healthcare, higher education, office, or commercial construction.

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.

  • Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
