Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience with multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of preconstruction processes, estimating, and value engineering principles is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.
• Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout processes.
• Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain budget performance.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion, final documentation, and owner turnover.
