R-2 Contractors is seeking a motivated Project Manager for heavy civil underground utility-scale power and dry utility projects. This role supports planning, coordination, and execution across Gilbert, AZ; Prineville, OR; and MI offices with 20% travel.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in heavy civil projects, strong document management, and proficiency in MS Office, HCSS HeavyJob/HeavyBid and MS Project.

Formación

• 3–5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects.
• Experience with project documents to meet build requirements.
• PM/CM/QC roles on large power civil projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn HCSS HeavyJob/HeavyBid.
• Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work long hours.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate new projects among departments, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project progress, production rates, materials, and changes.
• Understand scope, terminology, and documents; read drawings and specs.
• Schedule building and maintenance; manage monthly billings.
• Review budgets, projections, and allocate resources.
• Build internal/external relationships; ensure compliance.
