Job summary

R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil underground utility-scale power/dry utility projects in Gilbert, AZ (with up to 20% travel to Prineville, OR).

The role offers a salary of $125,000 to $185,000 per year, DOE, and requires 3–5 years of heavy civil PM/CM/QC experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and clients, tracking progress, budgets, and preparing monthly billings, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects.
• Experience interpreting multiple project documents for compliance.
• PM/CM/QC roles on large-scale power projects in civil construction.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to learn HCSS and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate new projects with internal teams, subs, and clients.
• Track project completion, production, materials, and equipment usage.
• Interpret project documents and drawings to build per design.
• Schedule building and maintenance activities.
• Review AP invoices and process monthly billings.
• Manage budgets and project projections; build client relationships.
