Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects.
• Experience with large-scale power projects in civil construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob/HeavyBid, or willingness to be trained.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, or willingness to be trained.
• Strong teamwork, detail orientation, and self-drive.
• Legal to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to work long hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• New project planning and coordination among internal departments, subcontractors, and clients
• Track project completion, daily production rates, materials, equipment usage, changes to conditions
• Understand scope, terminology, and project documents
• Read and interpret project specifications and drawings; construct the project per design
• Schedule building and maintenance
• Monthly billings
• Timecard review/approval
• Budget review and projections
• Project projections (material, productivity, manpower, equipment)
• Relationship building (internal/external)
