Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years of experience on heavy civil projects, with strong planning, coordination, and budget skills. Travel about 20% to support multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience working on heavy civil projects.
• Experience using multiple project documents to meet building requirements.
• Experience in PM, CM, or QC roles on large-scale power projects in civil construction.

Responsibilities

• New project planning and coordination among internal departments, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project completion, daily production, materials, equipment usage, changes to conditions.
• Read and understand project specs and drawings; construct project per design.
• Schedule building and maintenance.
• AP invoice review and approval.
• Monthly billings.
• Timecard review and approval.
• Budget review and maintenance during construction.
• Project projections (material, productivity, manpower, equipment).
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
