The role emphasizes collaboration with estimators, project controls, and field teams to drive accurate budgeting, bid development, and safe, efficient execution. A BS in a related field and several years of heavy civil experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum of five years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in private or public environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to establish budgets.
• Lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects for accurate bid-to-build.
• Coordinate with sponsors, managers, and project teams to meet schedule and resources.
• Participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
