Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction projects in and around Middlesex, VT. This onsite role involves regular travel to Northeast sites and multi-project oversight from planning through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years PM experience in heavy civil, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and blueprint-reading skills. PMP is a plus; salary ranges from $100k–$140k with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PM experience in heavy civil
• Experience managing $2M+ projects from start to finish
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of survey work and site constraints
• Willingness to travel to Northeast job sites (day trips)

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 projects concurrently from planning through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, costs and deliverables
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, owners and internal teams
• Conduct project meetings and monitor overall progress
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget and aligned with safety expectations
• Use Procore and Oracle/P6 for project management and scheduling

WeareseekingexperiencedProjectManagers tojoinagrowingheavycivilconstructionteam.Thisrolewillmanagemultipleprojectsfromplanningthroughcloseout,withtypicalprojectvaluesof$2M–$10Manddurationsof6monthsto2years.
