• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience in heavy civil or civil construction is preferred.
• Background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day civil construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout, balancing schedule, field coordination, cost control, and client communication.
• Review drawings, scopes, and site details to identify risks early, support change management, and keep work aligned with contract requirements.
• Manage budgets, production plans, subcontractor performance, and procurement timing to keep field execution moving and margins protected.
• Partner with superintendents, field teams, and customers to solve site issues quickly while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Use construction documents, blueprints, and project controls tools to monitor progress, support billing accuracy, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support estimating, documentation, and project reporting activities as needed to help ensure smooth startup and execution.

• Experience in heavy civil or civil construction is preferred
• Background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline is desirable
• Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam Revu, project management platforms, or GPS related programs is preferred
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
