Position Summary

We are seeking a results-drivenProject Managerwith experience inhealthcare IT or payer/provider systems. This role will manage project timelines, communicate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client success in a remote-first environment. Candidates must be open totraveling once a monthto the client site .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage sprint planning, status reporting, risk management, and change control.
• Facilitate team stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
• Document project requirements, define scope, and track deliverables.
• Partner with technical leads, QA, and business analysts to meet project goals.
• Prepare client-facing reports and present updates to executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• At least2–3 years in healthcare(payer, provider, or health tech).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, EHR systems, or health claims processing.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and/or other PM tools.
• Ability to travel to client site once a month.
