Position Overview:

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience in Telecommunication and Tech Infrastructure systems . This role will manage project timelines, communicate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client success in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Led cross-functional initiatives involving complex client engagements within regulated environments, similar in complexity and compliance to multi-agency telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
• Delivered full-cycle project oversight for at least two large-scale client programs, managing scope, risk, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with federal and state-level regulatory requirements (parallel to coordinating with government agencies).
• Served as lead manager for key client engagements lasting over 12 months, driving execution, reporting, and stakeholder communications for projects with distributed teams across different states and regulatory zones.
• Applied agile and PMP-aligned methodologies to ensure on-time delivery and budget control; frequently consulted on PMO setup and technology implementation strategies.
• Engaged in multiple projects where client operations were tied to healthcare and digital infrastructure, leveraging transferable skills in systems deployment and tech integration.
• Contributed to change management strategy for clients during transitions to new platforms or service delivery models, integrating elements similar to ADKAR frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• At least 2–3 years in Broadband, Telecommunications or Tech Infrastructure.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and/or other PM tools.
• ADKAR Framework certification.
