Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with PMP certification, with a strong background in product development, to lead and deliver complex technical initiatives in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with clinical systems and EMR/EHR products.

This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Why This Matters

This project serves some of the most vulnerable people in healthcare: frail, elderly adults who qualify for nursing home care but want to stay home. The pipelines you build won't just move data around. They'll help clinical teams spot risks earlier, help ops run better centers, and help us prove to CMS that what we're doing works.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps
  • Drive execution, monitoring, and control to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, clinical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into execution plans
  • Engage closely with onsite stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Navigate complex and evolving scope requirements, ensuring clarity and prioritization
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate status reviews, reporting, and governance meetings
  • Manage scope changes with structured processes and documentation
  • Introduce best practices and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance
