Job summary
A highly respected, award-winning general contractor, consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work, seeks a Healthcare Focused Project Manager to join its South Florida office. The role will cover healthcare projects throughout SFL and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of PM experience on mid-scale commercial builds, with healthcare project exposure (occupied spaces, imaging centers, ASC, FSED) and proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations
- Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED
- Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus

This role would be based out of their South Florida office and cover healthcare projects throughout SFL and surrounding.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+
- Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED
