The ideal candidate has a proven background managing surgery centers, medical office, or healthcare renovations projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.

Qualifications:
