Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up construction projects across Southern California, overseeing all phases from preconstruction to closeout. You will coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and teams, ensuring timely, quality project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management with a commercial GC, plus multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily experience strongly preferred
• Senior living, podium, mixed-use, or commercial experience also considered
• Experience managing projects valued at $40M+
• Strong leadership and client communication skills
• Experience with Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors, you'll manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project teams while ensuring successful project delivery. Current projects range from $60M-$240M and are located throughout the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
