Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value commercial projects from inception to completion. You will oversee scope, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

You will mentor project teams, manage risk, maintain client relationships, ensure safety and codes compliance, and report progress to stakeholders. A strong background in $40M-$100M+ projects and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects in the $40M-$100M+ range.
• Commercial sector experience preferred with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and team members to deliver commercial projects.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to meet objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specs.
