About the Role

The Ideal Experience:

• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with mission-critical or base-building projects
• Proven ability to manage $100M+ ground-up construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee large teams
• Background in managing complex project schedules and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient with Procore, P6 and Bluebeam

Typical Responsibilities:

• Manage base-build projects from the ground up through closeout
• Deliver 2-week look-aheads and ensure on-time, on-budget execution
• Oversee compliance and coordinate with PM team
• Lead subcontractor coordination and maintain strong owner relations
• Conduct site visits
• Support project delivery documentation and team training initiatives
