Job Details

• Federal construction experience required - we work FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states.
• Must own technical delivery: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs.
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Strong under pressure - our PMs deal with complex federal clients, tight schedules, and they need to be able to work through problems that come from multiple directions without losing their composure.
• Procore experience preferred.
• This isn't a paper-pusher role - we need people who take ownership and drive results.
