Jobot is seeking a Project Manager (Senior PM) to lead Federal/Government construction projects based in the Chicago area, with work spanning the Midwest. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in federal contracts, a related bachelor’s degree, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on Federal/Government projects.

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

We are looking to bring on a strong Project Manager that has experience with VA Hospitals, NAVFAC, USACE, CPS or something similar. With the current backlog, we need a PM or SPM who is already well-versed within Federal work and the contracts/regulations that go along with it.
